An illustration I did first for fun & tangentially for my thesis. I had been listening to Minnie Ripperton a lot and dreaming about a juicy black femme fantasy landscape. I hadn’t drawn for fun in a long time so I just enjoyed myself. The thesis explanation for this is connected to the racialization of hell/demons as Black in Eurocentric Christianity. Thats an essay not an illustration though.
